Online Shop Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 5 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Fishing Adventures with Matt Cini online shop.

The shop is operated by M&B Reel Time Investments Pty Ltd as trustee for the MJC Family Trust, ABN 74 307 420 316, trading as Fishing Adventures with Matt Cini.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, availability and prices are accurate.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from website images. Manufacturers may also update product designs or specifications without notice.

Customers are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for their intended use before ordering. Please contact us if you require assistance selecting a product.

Prices and GST

All prices shown to Australian consumers are in Australian dollars and include GST unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery or freight charges are displayed during checkout where possible. Large, heavy or unusually shaped products may require an individual freight quotation.

Orders and payments

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted once payment has been approved and we confirm that the product is available for supply.

Payments are processed securely through Square or another payment provider displayed at checkout. We do not store customers’ complete payment-card details.

If a pricing, stock or product-information error occurs, we may contact the customer to correct the order or cancel it and issue a full refund.

Stock availability

Stock quantities come from the supplier file we receive every couple of days. If an item is out of stock, or no longer appears in that file, checkout will refuse the order so we cannot oversell. Products may still become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate alternative, revised timeframe or full refund for the unavailable product.

Order changes and cancellations

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel an order.

We will try to accommodate the request, but an order may not be changed or cancelled once it has been dispatched or specially ordered.

Nothing in this section limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping

We currently deliver within Australia only. Shipping is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Returns and warranties

We do not provide returns or exchanges when a customer simply changes their mind.

Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant products will be handled under our Returns and Refund Policy, Warranty Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use and intellectual property

Website content, branding, photographs, videos, graphics and written material must not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission unless permitted by law.

Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
